FIT-LINE ENGINEERING SDN BHD began in 1989 by trading fittings and hoses for the Malaysian market. Today, Fit-Line operates three marketing companies and a manufacturing house to support domestic and international requirements for industrial fittings and hoses.

The company manufactures high-quality Polyurethane Tubing, Coil Tubing, PVC Suction Hose, PVC Duct Hose and PVC Spring Hose, with a range of sizes, thicknesses and customization options.

Fit-Line continues to focus on quality, prompt delivery, after-sales support, professional advice and practical solutions that create value for customers.

Production Lines

Polyurethane Production Lines

Two extrusion machines support Polyurethane Tubing production.
Production sizes include 4mm, 6mm, 8mm, 10mm, 12mm and 14mm.
Raw materials are controlled against detailed specifications and strict quality assurance standards.
Production processes are specified, monitored and recorded continuously.
Tubing dimensions are inspected with digital measurement and calibrated equipment.

PVC Suction Hose Production Lines

Newly purchased extrusion machines strengthen quality assurance.
Rigid PVC and soft PVC wall construction supports impact, crushing and kinking resistance with practical flexibility.

PVC Duct Hose Production Lines

Advanced electric control and precise temperature systems support consistent hose production.
PVC Duct Hose is supplied in different variants and thickness levels.
The range is positioned for practical, value-conscious industrial supply.

PVC Spring Hose Production Lines

Inner cavities and outer edges are produced to a round, consistent standard.
The annular tube wall is evenly distributed and the clear hose wall is controlled for cleanliness.

Polyurethane Coil Tubing Production Lines

Coil tubing is produced for applications where temperature resistance, fire safety and flammability concerns matter.

Safety and Health Policy

No task is more important than worker health and safety.

Fit-Line plans work with safety in mind, rejects unsafe shortcuts and expects unsafe conditions to be corrected or reported immediately. If a job cannot be done safely, it will not be done.

Management provides visible commitment, resources and leadership to support HSE implementation, while employees and subcontractors receive equal safety and health protection.
